INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I work with individuals wanting to improve their relationships, whether that be with themselves, their partners or their family. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing:​

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • grief 

  • relational challenges

  • self-identity issues

  • trauma

My goal as your therapist is to provide you with an environment where you feel heard and understood. I value creating relationships with my clients and want to build a trusting rapport with you. I work in collaboration with you to find coping skills that work for you on an individual basis. Unlike traditional talk-therapy, our work is present-focused, where we work on identifying your values and how they fit into your life. The sessions are goal-driven: actively working towards moving your life in the direction that you want it to go.

COUPLES THERAPY

It is easy to get derailed and end up hurting rather than caring for your partner. It can also be difficult to express how we are thinking or feeling to another person, especially if we fear their reactions. I specialize in working with couples who are experiencing:

  • conflict

  • communication issues

  • emotional disconnection

  • infidelity

  • resentment 

My goal as your therapist is to help you and your partner develop how to communicate in a healthy and productive way; restoring the feeling of hopefulness within your relationship. I offer a safe, compassionate and supportive environment where each perspective will be valued and respected.
